Shipping Policy

  • We ship to the continental United States.
  • Orders placed by 11:59pm ET ship the next business day M-F.
  • Transit times: Ground 2–7 business days; Expedited options shown at checkout.
  • Tracking is emailed when your order is processed for shipping, and updates when it leaves our warehouse.

Returns Policy

  • 30-day returns on new, unopened items for a refund to original payment method.
  • Coffee and food items must be unopened and sealed for return eligibility.
  • Opened machines may not be returned. If we determine it is defective within the 30 days return window, and otherwise in like-new condition (a return may be approved at our discresion).
  • Return shipping: prepaid label is available; shipping costs are deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.

All orders ship from our US warehouse. Most coffee is roasted/packed in Italy and stocked domestically.
